Lynda Erickson, PCAM®, CAAM™
President / CEO
As President and CEO of Jomar Association Services, Inc., Ms. Erickson is responsible for the operation of the company. Under Ms. Erickson’s leadership, Jomar has continued to grow and prosper, and has assembled a seasoned team of industry professionals.
Ms. Erickson has more than 27 years of experience in the property management industry. She has directly managed and supervised a wide variety of associations, ranging from luxury high-rise condominium associations and town home communities to luxury single family home neighborhoods, here in Arizona and Chicago, Illinois.
In May 1992, the Community Associations Institute (CAI) awarded Ms. Erickson the “Professional Community Association Manager” , PCAM® designation. This designation recognizes those individuals who have demonstrated a high level of knowledge in the area of community association management, which includes such diverse areas in providing administrative, operational and managerial counsel to association boards of directors and residents, developing annual operating budgets, reserve budgets and monthly financial reports, performing site inspections, directing the enforcement of community association covenants and restrictions, selection of contractors and insurance providers and directing association personnel.
The PCAM® is the highest designation a community manager can obtain in the community management industry nation-wide awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the nation’s voice for condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Through advanced education, training and guidance, the PCAM® designation helps ensure the manager has the knowledge, experience and integrity to provide the highest and best possible service to your association. Ms. Erickson has served as a CAI Chapter Board member and Chapter Board President.
Ms. Erickson also has attained the CAAM™ designation in 1995 through AACM, “Arizona Association of Community Managers. AACM is the source for all issues dealing with Arizona.
Jan Lines, AMS® Director of Marketing and Accounting
Ms. Lines has more than 18 years of experience in the property management industry. She has directly managed a wide variety of associations, ranging from condominium and townhome communities to luxury single family home neighborhoods. Ms. Lines has been involved with community associations for more than 16 years.
In October 1998, the Community Association Institute (CAI), approved Ms. Lines as an Association Management Specialist (AMS). The AMS certification recognizes those individuals who have demonstrated fundamental knowledge in the area of community association management. Which includes such diverse areas such as providing administrative, operational and managerial counsel to association boards and residents, developing budgets and financial reports, performing site inspections, directing the enforcement of community association covenants and restrictions, selection of contractors and insurance providers and directing association personnel. The AMS designation is the second tier of professionalism for community association managers. It is the first advanced level of recognition awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the nations voice for condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Through advanced education, training and guidance, the AMS designation helps ensure that the manager has the knowledge, experience and integrity to provide the best possible service to your association. Ms. Lines currently serves on the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Central Arizona Legislative Action Committee.
Ms. Lines has more than 29 years of experience in the accounting industry, with over 18 years dedicated to non-profit association accounting. Ms. Lines is very knowledgeable in all facets of accounting, with particular expertise in the day to day operations of Jomar Association Services and in generating monthly accounting reports that relate complex financial information in a well organized, easy to understand format for Jomar's clients.
